Shipping policy
Delivery
Ground delivery time can range from one to six business days. All items shipped out of our warehouse are fully insured by FedEx, UPS or USPS. Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping tracking number.
Orders that qualify for free shipping promotions will be shipped at no cost to you. We reserve the option to determine which specific ground shipping method to use.
Domestic Shipping Outside the Contiguous United States
Orders outside the continental United States will be shipped via air delivery. P.O. Box, APO and FPO addresses will be shipped through USPS.
Ground Residential or Commercial Delivery:
- Free On All Orders Over $100.00 USD
- $5.99 USD On Orders Under $100.00 USD
- Two-Day Shipping: $9.99 USD
- International Shipping: Cost calculated at checkout. Please read the International shipping policy.
Shipping Restrictions
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Please select the United States Postal option for APO and FPO addresses.
Air and ground shipment time frames are in business days only and do not include weekends or holidays.
Weekend deliveries are valid only if; the Next Day Air Saturday delivery option is selected, and the package will be shipped to a domestic location.
Shipping and Delivery Problems
If a shipped order was lost or damaged, the shipping carrier is responsible for conducting an investigation. Contact Luxoma to initiate a tracer within ten business days of the item shipping from our warehouse. If the package cannot be located, the shipping carrier will process a claim for the package, which may take up to two weeks.
When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to Luxoma, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If the item(s) is no longer available and a similar item is rejected, Luxoma will gladly refund your original payment.
If there are noticeable discrepancies with your order or if the item delivered is incorrect, contact Luxoma to make any necessary corrections.
If Luxoma is not notified of product discrepancies within five days, the item may not be eligible for replacement. Using items, you believe you incorrectly received may void our ability to exchange or replace the items.
Contact us within five days of receiving your shipment if your item is defective. We may ask for photographs of the defective item so that we can better assist you.
Packaging
If goods are received with damaged packaging, Luxoma reserves the right to replace the original packaging of the products sold herein. Luxoma cannot guarantee a replacement of the manufacturer’s original packaging.
Returns
Should you return an item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
