International Shipping Policy

Online Payment

International shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

International orders are processed online and paid with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.


International online orders are verified through Luxoma’s payment system to accommodate international cardholders.

Your order may be subject to additional verification. If more information is needed, a customer service representative will contact you. You will receive a second email once your order has been processed and verified.

Please be available at the provided phone number or email address for expedited processing. If our verification department cannot reach you, your order may be delayed.

If your order is not approved, you will be notified of the cancellation status via email.

Wire Transfer Payment

Luxoma also accepts international order payments via wire transfer. Wire transfer orders must be submitted via email and are processed manually.

Ensure all fees associated with your wire transfer are paid. You may need to contact your bank for more information regarding wire transfer fees.

Once our system has generated an invoice and your order total is confirmed, Luxoma will email you a list of wire transfer instructions.

Duty and Shipping

Most international orders are subject to customs duty and tax regulations. Specific regulations vary by country, and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay customs duties and taxes. Contact your local customs office for more details.

Packages designated for an APO or FPO address will ship via USPS.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the buyer or consignee. The consignee authorizes Luxoma to import the goods on their behalf.

The consignee agrees that Luxoma may delegate the obligation to import goods on their behalf to a subcontractor. In addition to the purchase price of the goods, the consignee will pay the taxes and duties required by their country’s customs department.

Shipping Problems

If an international order is damaged or not received, the customer must initiate an insurance claim. The claim must be finalized before Luxoma executes compensation or product replacement.

If the item is damaged when received, contact Luxoma within five business days of delivery to submit a claim. Keep any shipping boxes or materials as our insurance company may wish to inspect them.

If an item is not received, Luxoma must wait 45 days after shipment to conduct an insurance claim.
