Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it. The return or exchange must be completed within 30 days of the product shipping from our warehouse. 

Customers that are eligible for returns will receive a refund three to five business days after we have received the returned item.

Customers that are eligible for an exchange will have their exchanged item shipped once we have received the returned item.

Returns

If you are eligible for a refund, the costs of shipping and handling will be deducted. All items must have a Return Merchandise Authorization form. You will need your RMA number to complete your return. To request an RMA number, visit our Return Center or call us here at (877) 458-9662.

All purchases, including its accessories, security tags, and packing materials, must be in new condition. Otherwise, your return may be refused or subject to restocking charges.

Eligibility

In order for your product to be refunded or exchanged, it must:

  • Be returned within 30 days
  • Be in new condition
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include all packing materials, blank warrant cards, manuals, and accessories
  • Be shipped through an insured ground service with a tracking number
We may refuse any return if there are any signs of wear or if parts of the item are missing or damaged.

Shipping

When shipping your item back to us, you must use insured ground service through USPS or UPS with a tracking number. You are responsible for the return shipping charges and any lost or damaged packages.

Discrepancies and Damages

If you:

  • Received the wrong product
  • Had a discrepancy between your order and the product you received
  • Received a damaged product
